Flight Plan:
Beginner Level (Foundation Skills & Fun)
Who: Typically ages 6-12 or any older players who are brand new to volleyball. No prior experience required. Focus: Basic skills and fostering interest in the sport. We emphasize fundamentals: learning how to serve (usually starting with an underhand serve for easiest success), proper forearm passing (bumping), simple setting technique, and basic footwork for court movement. Just as important, we want beginners to enjoy volleyball, so they develop enthusiasm to continue.
Intermediate Level (Skill Development & Introduction to Competitive Play)
Who: Generally ages 10-14 or older with some basic proficiency, including graduates from Beginner or kids who have a bit of school or rec league experience. Focus: At this stage, we refine fundamental skills and introduce more complex ones, while also teaching how to play organized volleyball (positions, rotations, teamwork). The intensity and expectation are a notch higher than Beginner. We start treating them more like a “team” – which includes fostering communication on court and basic strategy.
Advanced Level (Pre-Club Competitive Training)
Who: Generally ages 11-14 or older who have mastered intermediate skills. Many will be preparing to try out for club teams, middle school, early high school teams, or those on teams and want extra training. Focus: This level simulates a competitive club team environment, with advanced techniques, physical conditioning, and strategic gameplay. We want these players to transition seamlessly into true competitive teams after this. The tone is more serious – players are expected to be committed and work hard, though we still keep instruction positive and constructive. Training should begin to mirror a club team training regimen.

June 12-13: $180 (6 hours of training) Summer Skills Camp for ages 10-17Sharpen your skills and get ready for club and school tryouts!
June 12: 6-9pm | June 13: 1-4pm
July 16-18: $350 (15 hours of training) Summer Tryout Camp for ages 10-17Get ready for club and school tryouts with a more intense 3-day camp! 9am-2pm each day
August 7-8: $180 (6 hours of training) Middle School Prep Camp for ages 10-14. Middle school tryouts are typically during the first week of school! Get one last training session in with us!
